Returns & Exchanges

Because our candles are hand-poured in small batches, we don't accept returns on opened or used products.

If your order arrives damaged or there's an issue with your product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at michael@hellotwig.ca with a photo and we'll make it right — either a replacement or a full refund.

We want you to love what you bring home. If something isn't right, we'll take care of you.
